Losing your telephone lines, broadband and power are things that happen to other companies not to you. If only that were true. Of course we can all remember the underground fire in Manchester that had devastating results in loss of communication for thousands of businesses (but that was just a one off l hear you say) some businesses never recovered. In general terms thousands of businesses are affected by one of the numerous interruptions to their communications systems, Floods, Power Outage, Fire and Lines down to mention just a few, they can all interfere with the normal day to day running of any business no matter how large or small.

Most businesses now demand that their suppliers have some form of Business Continuity in place to ensure their delivery of service to their customers is not interrupted.
