  • Loss of BT phone lines

    without disruption.
  • Loss of Broadband
    To operate in today’s business marketplace we all now rely on e-mail for day to day contact, currently there are *1.4 billion e-mail users throughout the world, sending *247 billion messages each day and this equates to *2.8 million e-mails sent every second – Needless to say that when Broadband fails your business can not communicate – If the BT Exchange fails we have a solution to by-pass and provide continuity of service by using a secure alternative network currently used by GMP (Greater Manchester Police).
  • Loss of both BT Lines and Broadband
    Given the use of our fixed wireless Broadband service both Voice and data can be provided in the event of an emergency.
  • Office building disabled
    One call to Sterling Space to arrange access to our Business Continuity centre in Manchester, an SMS text alert can be sent to all staff with instructions and all inbound phone calls will be diverted to your new desks and day to day activity can carry on as normal.
